Film and photographic supplies are sold as new unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for incompatibility with your camera, equipment, chemistry, or workflow.
Expiration dates, if applicable, will be listed when known.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Opened film, chemistry, or consumables are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Mail-In Film Processing
By sending film to Undead Film Lab, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for proper packaging and shipping of your film.
Undead Film Lab is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during inbound or outbound shipping.
Film processing carries inherent risks due to film age, storage, prior handling, or manufacturing defects.
Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.
Risk of Loss & Liability Disclaimer (Film Processing)
You understand and agree that:
Film processing is a destructive and irreversible process.
Undead Film Lab is not responsible for color shifts, scratches, scanning artifacts, density issues, or other defects caused by factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Undead Film Lab’s liability for any claim related to film processing is limited to the amount paid for the affected processing service. We are not liable for image value, sentimental value, or consequential damages.
Turnaround Times
All turnaround times for services or shipping are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to order volume, equipment maintenance, supply availability, or carrier delays.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your film and images.
By submitting film, you grant Undead Film Lab a limited license to handle, process, and scan the material solely to fulfill your order.
