How will you send me my scans? Once scanning is complete you will receive an email notification about your order and a separate WeTransfer email with a link to download your images.
What scan size should I get? Check out our scanning page on the film 101 info page.
Negative return? All negatives received for scan only will be returned in the same condition they are received. We do not discard negatives that arrive to the shop for our Scan Only service.
Please add Negative Returns for all negatives mailed into the lab to avoid unnecessary email correspondence so we can get your negatives back to you faster.
